Shipping Policy

Production begins after proof approval. Production time varies by product, quantity, and finishing options, and is confirmed with your quote. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Orders are securely packaged and shipped to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times depend on destination and the shipping method selected for your order.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and are included in your quote before you approve anything.

If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 10 business days with photos of the packaging and products so we can arrange a resolution. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Please verify your delivery address when ordering. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
